Things to prepare before you go

Air Ticket:

       Make sure that you booked it as early as possible to get a better price.  We can assist you with booking the air ticket if you are traveling from North America. It is recommended that you compare the air travel between your travel agent and the one we referred to find one that best suit your needs. The travel agency we referred is dedicated to Asia traveling, they often have competitive rates and offer different travel options.

Passport:

       You need a valid passport for your travel, make sure the passport does not expire during your stay in the foreign country. 

Health insurance:

       For summer programs, the health insurance is included.  If you have your own insurance, please advise us.  We require all students to have health insurance before departure.

Vaccination:

       Generally you do not need to vaccinated, but as a precaution, check the vaccination details before you go.

Things to bring: 

a. Clothing:

       Make sure that you will bring the clothes for all the seasons you will be staying, sometimes you can buy some clothes overseas and they have the same quality with a better price! 

b. Other personal items:

       Bring some items that make you feel at home, for example, CDs, photos and some journals, etc.

c. Gifts:

       It is often a good idea to bring some small souvenir gifts from your country, since you will be meeting your host families and making new friends and it is always a good idea to give gifts from you own country.
